In India there are several students that could not continue their studies after 10th class due to family, economical, or other reasons. General thinking is that education till 10th class is not sufficient to get a government job or sarkari naukri. However, this is not true. There are several government job opportunities that 10th pass students can apply for. If you have done some kind of technical certificate course or typing/shorthand training, etcetera after 10th class, then it increases the range of jobs you can apply for.
